Mission Statement

The S.H.E.R.I.F.F. Fund (Sam Hicks Emergency Relief Interim First Fund) is committed to enhancing the quality of life within the State of Washington by providing emergency financial assistance to members of the King County Sheriff's Office, their immediate families, and the broader law enforcement community. Through monetary grants, we offer vital support during times of crisis, including medical emergencies, the aftermath of line-of-duty deaths, family hardships, and other unexpected life challenges, ensuring care and compassion for those who serve and protect.
